Welcome to Threshold’s Health Centers!
Threshold Health Centers provide state-of-the-art comprehensive primary care and specialty care to patients age 12 to 25 years old. We provide evaluation and treatment of adolescent girls and boys, and young men and women with eating disorders, STD's, acne, chronic fatigue, weight problems, reproductive health problems, depression, and many other health concerns. We help girls and young women with menstrual problems and vaginal infections. We provide sexuality and contraceptive counseling, gynecologic examinations, and expert primary care. Our practices include physicians, nurse practitioners, and mental health clinicians.
