OUTRIGHT GIFTS:

- Matching Gift: If your employer has a matching gift program, please request a form from your human relations office. Your generosity will be maximized.
- Tribute Gift: A donation can be made in honor of a special occasion: birthday, anniversary, birth, etc. The honoree will be informed of the gift; the amount of the gift will not be included.
- Memorial Gift: A donation may be made in memory of someone who has passed away. The family will be informed of your gift; the amount will not be included.
- United Way Donor Choice Program: You can designate Threshold to receive your United Way Pledge in three easy steps:
- Fill out the UW form indicating the amount of your gift to Threshold.
- Include Threshold's Donor Choice I.D. #194.
- In-Kind Donation: Threshold has a need for office and school supplies.
