Threshold is now affiliated with The Community Place of Greater Rochester (CPGR). As of July 23, 2008. we have moved ALL Program Services, including the Healthcare Center, The Learning Center (GED classes) and Prevention Services and Counseling to our former satellite clinic location:

Threshold Center for Alternative Youth Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides health care, job readiness training, counseling services and GED instruction to youth ages 12 through 25.
Threshold is staffed by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, Drug Prevention Counselors, Teachers and Consulting Psychologists.
Threshold was founded in 1973 by the University of Rochester Department of Pediatrics.
The Learning Center and Prevention Services are open Monday through Friday,
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Healthcare Center is open M, W, F 9:00 am -5:00 pm T, Th 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturdays 10:00 am - 2:00 p,
