Threshold’s Learning Center (TLC) is a preparation site, for out of school youth between the ages of 17 and 25, designed to assist students in getting their High School Equivalency Diploma (GED). |

Enroll into the Learning Center:
- Complete a 1-page application (download: GED application or obtain at 145 Parsells Ave)
- Attend a 3-day Orientation which includes TABE testing
