Threshold Center for Alternative Youth Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides health care, job readiness training, counseling services and GED instruction to youth ages 12 through 25.
Threshold is staffed by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, Drug Prevention Counselors, Teachers and Consulting Psychologists.
Located in downtown Rochester, NY, Threshold was founded in 1973 by the University of Rochester Department of Pediatrics.
Threshold is open Monday through Friday,
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
